We are committed to providing an atmosphere that encourages growth, creativity, and job satisfaction.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p>The Service Technician is responsible for working on teardown, inspection, assembly and testing of off-highway components including marine gears, powershift transmissions, torque converters, planetary axles, transfer cases and industrial power take-offs, as well as working on heavy-duty off-highway equipment. The Service Technician is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with service and re-manufacturing customers and vendors by identifying and providing solutions to component malfunctions and failures through the inspection, diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, and preparation of equipment (unit) in a satisfactory and timely fashion, both in-house and in the field.</p><p><strong>Are You the Right Fit?&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Ask yourself these questions- If you answer "YES!", then we want to hear from you!&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Do you have 2+ years of experience working with <strong>heavy equipment or automotive</strong>?</li><li>Have you previously worked on <strong>powertrain components</strong> (heavy-duty or automotive)?</li><li>Do you have certification in <strong>diesel or automotive</strong> (preferred but not required)?</li><li>Do you have strong mechanical aptitude and are skilled in <strong>troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic hydraulic/electrical principles</strong>?</li><li>Are you able to <strong>work independently</strong> with minimal or no guidance?</li><li>Are you able to <strong>read assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics</strong>?</li><li>Do you have a <strong>valid driver's license</strong>?</li><li>Are you in good physical condition (the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 consecutive hours)?</li><li>Do you have the ability to communicate well with customers and have a strong sense of urgency?</li></ul><p>Our Service Technicians work a M-F daytime shift.
